Технология определения в телефонии номера звонящего абонента.
Информация CNI об абоненте передается сетью адресату между концом первого ему звонка и началом второго звонка. Это позволяет адресату осуществлять идентификацию (узнать номер вызывающего его телефонного аппарата) еще до начала разговора. Рассматриваемая технология называется доставкой сообщения до поднятия трубки. Кроме этого используется и другая технология доставки сообщения после поднятия трубки.
